- Show organisers are liable for all information posted regarding their events, the administrators of this site cannot be held responsible for incorrect information posted about an event, although when contacted they will endeavour to correct any problems as soon as possible.
- No person should knowingly post incorrect information on the site, anyone found doing so will be banned from further postings on the site
- No person should post information about an event held by another person unless with the event organisers permission
- The administrators of this site reserve the right to remove listings that are in breach of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- All posted listings will remain live from time of submission until the date of the event
- The site will remain live at all times, however the administrators cannot be held responsible for unforeseen disruption to the site, but they will endeavour to correct any problems as soon as they can, refunds of fees will not be given due to unforeseen disruption to the site
- All weblinks on events must be relevant to the organisation, group or event been promoted all other links can be submitted to us via an email to be included on our links page providing they are relevant and a receptacle link is placed on the site for us banners can be available on request for our site
- Any weblinks that are not relevant will be removed from the page
Organisers using annual subscription
- Annual subscription will run from date of subscription for one year
- One subscription entitles the event organisers to list multiple listings for their organisation, club or event centre. If an organiser is responsible for more than one group/ organisation separate subscriptions should be made for each
- Organisers on annual subscription must only use there log in for there own events anyone found listing events under their log in for other groups will have all listings with drawn from the site
- If an organiser needs to change there subscription to a higher band during the year they should contact the administrators
Use of the site to download schedules
- Downloading schedules from this site is free
- There is no limit to the amount of downloads that can be taken from the site
- The administrators are not responsible for any information contained I the schedules or on websites
- If we are notified of any inappropriate information on the site it will be removed immediately
